The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive.
Our check-in experience was quite disappointing. The front desk agent was unhelpful and made us feel unwelcome. We requested a king bed but received two doubles instead, which was frustrating. The room itself was outdated and didn't resemble the photos at all, leaving us disappointed throughout our stay.

This place is a culinary paradise with local eats that'll make your taste buds dance! Dining by the pool was chillin', and the staff is all smiles and friendly vibes. Plus, those stunning gardens were just the icing on the cake!
The rooms felt outdated, and there was a weird smell from the drains. Plus, the breakfast experience was a little chaotic with slow service.

The area is stunning, and I loved how close it was to places like Punta Jacinto and Bahia Ballena, making it easy to explore beautiful spots during my stay. I also enjoyed the tranquil setting and comfortable amenities that made my experience so comforting and memorable.

Beautiful grounds and comfortable oceanfront room. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially at breakfast. The pools provided a nice atmosphere, but service at the bars could improve. Food at the resort was overpriced and mediocre. I had some great desserts, but the main courses were disappointing. There was also a 20% resort fee that didn’t seem to cover many activities, as kayaking and snorkeling required extra payments. Found better food options in nearby towns like Guanica. While the beach was pretty, it had murky water and fine silt, not ideal for wading. Beach walks and nearby hiking spots were enjoyable, but food at the resort needs improvement. Considering these factors, my stay was pleasant but could have been better if the dining experience matched the resort's lovely setting.

A Relaxing Family Retreat with Beautiful Views
We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Our room offered picturesque sea views, perfect for morning coffee. The pools were a highlight, with cocktails and a friendly atmosphere. On-site dining was good, though be prepared for resort pricing. For budget meals, try local eateries in nearby Guanica. The beach, while small, provides a serene escape. Pack water shoes for comfort!
