The staff is kind and attentive.
Our check-in experience was quite disappointing. The front desk agent was unhelpful. We requested a king bed but received two doubles instead, frustrating. The room itself was outdated and didn't resemble the photos at all, leaving us disappointed throughout our stay.

Scenery ,pools, and trip to Island
I didnt like that the second day stay they came up to the room about 6 pm to tell me I was suppose to checkout at 12 of that same day. They didnt have my written statement where I had paid cash for both nights. I showed them proof and that they would verify. Didnt enjoy myself after that worried about how they could misplace my documents & cash, since the transaction was cash and paid in full.

Location: the hotel was close to the island. The pool was very clean and I had excellent drinks in the main bar.

Wonderful place, extraordinary to get away from the world and rest, either as a couple or as a family. The landscapes are heavenly and all the staff are impeccably friendly and welcoming, everyone wants to make your stay the best. It is located in the best place of Guanica, which has an extraordinary climate all year round. It has a private dock from which a boat departs to Guilligan Island, going and returning every hour or so. It's hard to express how good we feel and how much my family and I liked everything!
The only thing I would suggest to you is to improve the menu. It's pretty basic and extremely expensive compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico. An average plate costs $28, a glass of any soda $3. They don't have fresh fruit and most of the meals are very spicy. But there are many places around if you don't want to eat at the hotel. This is a minor issue that he put forward as a suggestion.

I stayed here during the weekend and enjoyed it. Had very good stay for a splendid vacation with AMAZINGLY EFFICIENT staff and stunning location in the casual outside restaurant. The breakfast was exceptionally good, the check in was fast.

The staff is wonderful and they had plenty of extra fun for the kids on this holiday weekend.
The rooms need updating and the bathroom had rust stains and water-damaged wood...the cleanliness part can be solved by simply putting a bit more effort into housekeeping supervision-the outside balcony had cobwebs.

Very nice resort and area. Easier access to Guilligan Island.
The room was too hot and the the ac unit didn't cool the room enough. We couldn't sleep well. The staff out of the breakfast staff was not as friendly and the pool was never reopened after the chlorine treatment. When I asked at the front desk id we could use the pool, they told me to wait at least 30 more minutes and until "they" removed the "do not use the pool" sign, which they never did.

I like the place, and the villa. My room was clean enough and very confy. Love it
That the villa was very far away from the park and the lobby, when I get there for the first, my room wasn't ready; this is a hotel not a motel. When they get me the keys. The key supose to be the 602 and she gave me 601 and had to wait at night for another key. The ice machine was out of service and they didnt not call me at 12:00am for check out. Very mad about it. Bad service. Only the guy who was in the car helped me. Thank you
